Shipping policy

Prices - All shipping prices vary depending on the country you want the items shipped to. We have a lot of countries already listed on the website but if yours is not there, please let us know and we will look for the best prices and update straight away.  

We are not able to ship to PO Box addresses as the courier systems will not allow us to add in PO Box addresses.

​Shipping Times - 

UK shipping is mainly with APC and is on a next working day service (Monday - Friday). Shipping labels are created for collection the next working day and the tracking numbers will then be available after 6pm on the day of collection. APC will then email you the next working day morning to let you know a delivery time slot.

If you are not going to be in then please let us know a safe place where it can be left when ordering and we will instruct this. APC will not leave any parcels without our permission.

International shipping is with UPS or Parcelforce.  Labels are created for collection the following day and all with tracking numbers which we will update your order with.  Delivery is usually within 3-7 working days and is dependant on how long it takes to get through customs.

Custom Fees - 

Shipping to any country outside of the UK will incur custom fees and these are the customer's responsibility. These are not something that we control or have any control over and we are completely dependent on the country's policies for international shipping.

Most countries will ask for this payment through the couriers before delivery of the item although some will ask for this before they will be released from customs. Either way you will be contacted via email or text message about these payments.
